We are more than just a gaming platform – we are a community built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering the best experience for every member. Learn more about who we are and what guides us every day.
Join88 started with one simple question: why should Malaysian players have to compromise between security, game variety, and a smooth user experience? That question became the seed of a platform that today serves hundreds of thousands of active members across the country.
The team behind join88 is made up of individuals who understand the online entertainment world inside out – not just from a business perspective, but also as users who have personally experienced the frustration of platforms that are slow, opaque, and dismissive of their players. That experience is what drove us to build something genuinely different.
From day one, join88 was built on three core principles: transparency in every operation, non-negotiable security, and a genuinely enjoyable user experience. Balancing all three is no easy feat, but it is a challenge we have fully embraced and continue to pursue every single day.
In Malaysia, the options for online gaming platforms are plentiful. But when you sit down and really look closely, you'll notice that many platforms are all surface – easy sign-up, but when issues arise, support vanishes into thin air. join88 chose a different path.
We invest heavily in a customer support infrastructure that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with agents who genuinely understand the platform and can communicate in Bahasa Melayu. Every inquiry is handled with care, not automatically deflected by a bot that lacks context.
On the security front, join88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all transactions and members' personal data. Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process is designed to be efficient and hassle-free – identity verification is typically completed within hours, not days.
Join88 partners with world-class gaming software providers to keep our game library fresh and high-quality. From classic slots with stunning graphics, live baccarat with real human dealers, to online poker and sports betting spanning more than 30 categories – all in one platform.
Most importantly, all games are tested and certified for fairness by independent certification bodies. Players can play with confidence knowing that every spin, every card, and every dice roll is a genuinely random outcome – not engineered to unfairly favour the platform.
Join88 operates under a licence issued by a recognised regulatory body. All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure complete fairness for every player.
These are the things we take pride in and continue to uphold for every member of this platform.
From the latest video slots to live baccarat with real human dealers – all in one platform, no need to switch between sites.
The join88 App is available on Android and iOS with an interface optimised for smaller screens – every feature right at your fingertips.

End-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication, and 24/7 fraud monitoring keep your account and funds secure at all times.
The join88 journey didn't happen overnight. It is the result of hard work, countless iterations, and listening closely to what Malaysian players truly need.
The founding team came together with one goal – to build a platform that truly understands the Malaysian player. Market research, user interviews, and infrastructure development began.
The platform launched with 300+ game titles, FPX support, and a Bahasa Melayu interface. Early reception exceeded expectations – thousands of members registered in the first week.
Android and iOS apps launched. A VIP programme with five membership tiers introduced, recognising loyal players with real, tangible rewards.
Join88 now serves over half a million active members with more than 1,000 game titles, live sports betting, and consistent 24/7 support.
Every decision we make is designed to strengthen member trust, not undermine it.
We do not sacrifice standards for speed – quality is a value we will not compromise on.
Join88 is not a faceless platform – we are building a community of players who support one another.
"Providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every Malaysian player – regardless of background, experience level, or budget."
This mission is not just a line on paper. It is the benchmark we use to evaluate every decision we make – from how we design the interface and handle complaints, to how we select our business partners.
Join88 takes responsible gaming seriously. This is not merely a licence requirement or an industry checkbox to tick – it is a value we hold sincerely. We believe the best entertainment is entertainment that comes without burden.
Our platform provides easy-to-use self-control tools – including daily and weekly deposit limits, play time limits, and voluntary break options. You can activate all these features directly in your account settings without needing to contact support.
We also provide links to professional support resources for anyone who feels that gaming is beginning to affect their life. This is not something we hide in a corner of the website – it is clearly available and easily accessible to all members.
